Terms of Service

ART RIGHTS
 

• ​Only the commissioner may use the artwork (set as icon, wallpaper, etc) and/or authorize who else can (ie. they can let a friend use the artwork for the same purposes previously stated).
   

• If they wish to print the artwork for posters, charms, or other DIY merchandise of personal use, they may request large resolution commission for printing. 50% additional cost will incur.
   

• They can also slightly modify the artwork (eg put a filter over it, animate it) and credit themselves for the EDITING only.
   

• The commissioner cannot:

  • Sell the art

  • Claim the art as their own work

  • Drastically change the artwork by redrawing large portions

  • Use the art as a base for commercial use (feel free to reference it for art practice,
     

• I (the artist) reserve the right to use my artwork in any way.

  • ex) artbook, any type of publication/printing/selling.

  • If the artwork contains an original character belonging to you, you will be credited.
     

BITS ABOUT COMMISSION
 

• I have the right to decline your commission.
   

• Please allow room for artistic freedom, as I draw the best when allowed creativity.
   

• In the event that I decide that I can't complete your commission, I will refund your money.

  • No refunds for dissatisfaction of commission
     

• You have the option of requesting process pictures, but keep in mind that I will only send a messy sketch (to determine the pose) and then the final product.
   

• Once I start your commission (and if you didn't request process pictures), I will not change anything because you decided to alter your character design, nor will I refund your money.  
   

• Commissions will be based on Inspiration; date of payment.
   

• Maximum wait time for each commission is a month, counting from the payment date.
